Nice Overnight
By user-5775729... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed at pull-thru site 242. Level, open, gravel site and long enough for our motorhome towing a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Easy access to I94 and there's a Speedway rig-friendly gas station on the way to the campground from the freeway. Nice place to stay!

Good campground in Michigan city, IN
By user-4565049... on 2017-10-23.
Camper here in our Tioga, August 3-5 2014 while attending DCI competition. At first glance this place looks like a sales lot, camper parked close together in an open field. It's convenient to the town so we decided to try.we found a nice spot roast the rear of the campground, shady, quiet. There is a very nice pool and play ground if you have kids, a dog run. Overall very nice CG.

The facilities are newer, or recently rebuilt and are nice

The park is behind a gate (gated community) which is fine. Seems like people rent spots for the summer and park their RV's there. There was a line of RV’s against some trees and scattered around the park too that were more permanent. However on a Sunday afternoon (when we arrived) no one was there. Most likely because school is back in session, so summer's over here.
The facilities are newer, or recently rebuilt and are nice and clean. The outdoor pool was quite nice too. The pull-thru site we stayed in was a fairly level gravel site with a large shared cement pad with fire pits and picnic tables too. Satellite reception was a problem for me, and no cable TV here either. T-Mobile reception was good though. It was fairly quiet, some road and train noise, but in the distance and not a problem. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. In addition, I needed to inflate my 5th wheel tires, but my pump can't go to 110PSI. I asked Corey at the park if there was one at the park and he went and got his personal air compressor for me to use.
I would stay here again.

Good Overnight Stop
By user-5430309... on 2017-10-23.
Gated entrance, but nothing special once inside. Nicely maintained. Gravel sites are level and all have full hookups with 50amps. Staff is friendly. Would not stay longer than overnight, but many RVers do.

Stayed 2018-05-09 to 2018-05-10
One night stay with last minute stop. Staff was very accommodating. site 142 Long enough for our 40 motorhome and car on dolly without disconnecting. Gravel pad with nice concrete sitting area with fire pit and table. Some road noise and many permanent campers keep it from being a 5 star rating.

For our 26+ plus tow car we were charged $54.00, then directed to a uneven gravel series of sites set front to front with adjoining cement patios/firegrates. Bad enough, until the next camper was directed to pull in within 5 of our rig when there were numerous other available sites. You couldn t pay me to return there!!!!

I would give two stars ONLY because these grounds had water & electric. If you want comfort, move on down the road:))
