Nice place in the OKC area
By user-5821338... on 2017-10-23.
Stopped here for a night on my way out west. Tent site with no electric was 24.00. Sites were decent, not too close, level, etc. The bathrooms are great, each bathroom has it's own toilet, sink, and shower, and they were very clean. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the tent sites are in the front of the campground, and its fairly close to a main road, so at 5:30-6:00 am you get woken up by cars and trucks going down the highway, then at 7-8am people are getting up and starting to leave the park. Overall, I would definitely stay again, but next time will have earplugs if I want to sleep in.

Very nice

Stayed one night, sites pretty darn level, staff friendly & gave us a great site to accommodate us for one night. Will definitely come back. Close to I-40, some road construction to KOA concrete barriers somewhat tight.

Helpful staff
By user-5906415... on 2017-10-23.
Took my camper to try it out for the first time so there were many things that I was not familiar with and the staff was more than willing to help me out. However, my rv is 35 feet long and the spaces are quite narrow for turning and navigating the campsite with trailers 35 feet and longer.

Good stop in OKC area
By user-6549674... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed 2015-10-15 to 2015-10-16
We have never stayed in KOA before, so it was pleasant enough & has the necessities for RVers. $40 with water/electric hookup. Clean, individual bathroom with shower. It's windy, so there's nuts hitting the roof.

Nice stop.

After fighting 40 mph winds from Amarillo all day, we decided to pay the $54.00 to stay here for a night. Very nice campground with a large fenced area to let your dogs run off leash which was a big plus for our German Shepard. There is also a nature trail which I didn't have time for. The Bathhouses were clean and the laundry room was nice too because we had been on the road a week and washing few clothes was much needed. $8.00 washed and dried 2 loads.
The office also has a store with a limited supply of things, it's where we bought our laundry detergent.
Wifi was excellent as was the cable TV. There are tornado shelters too but I don't see why that would ever be needed in OK.
Very nice and quiet, my only negative would be the price. If KOA was $40-$45 a night I'd never stop anywhere else.

Convenient, just off rte 40. Nicely maintained campground. WIFI, cable and electric all worked well.

Noisy, sites are small
By user-5841487... on 2017-10-23.
No oversight for kids running through park, riding bikes and yelling at 10:00 at night. Road work on road to enter now, concrete barriers to negotiate entry to park.

Very nice staff, great facilities. Stayed for two nights so we could explore OKC. They even have tornado shelters on site. Will stay here again.

Only stayed overnight, and had a late arrival, but hookups were great, level space, clean and very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful regarding travel options going through OKC for the next day!

Stayed one night headed east on I-40. Very nice KOA, clean, quiet, shaded sites. Cable was not the best but not that important. We wanted to watch ABC, tuned in but it wasn t there. Never knew anyone else in Park it was so quiet (Sunday). Nice breeze all night long.n

Nice but...
By user-4800643... on 2019-08-09.
Staff friendly. Took us to our site. We r 39 rv/towing. Roads meh and tight turns. One rv n back was junk and had cars all around it. Two dogs peering out the front thru stuff. So bit weird. Looks like improvements are being made but felt the $ of 55/nite was steep for what we got
