This place is awesome mainly because it is so clean and the owners take care of it as if it. They have a wealth of information on around the area and can tell you where you need to go to do what to rent and to have fun. They even offer a pancake breakfast in the morning and if you are fortunate on a weekend they have their family band which is awesome. I will definitely go back because everything on the site works correctly and clean . This is a must stay place it is something that you can write home about.

We didn't realize how far in advance we needed for reservations in Moab so when our first three choices were full we were thrilled they had an opening from a recent cancellation. We had a partial pul through which was fine for 3 nights since they had a place to dump before we left. The shower and laundry were top notch. I agree with other comments that they need a real pool.

What an amazing place to camp..clean & super helpful as it was are first time in Moab.Can't wait to come back. Big sites etc... its the whole enchilada...

Clean easy access,
Their whole family is involved. Even free pancakes some mornings. Close to town but far enough away from the road noise.
Will gladly camp there again!!

We booked 6 months prior to a Arrival 2 sites side by side pull throughs. Arrived to find out had 1 back in at back of park and 1 pull through at front. Was advised there staff never make mistakes and that's what I asked for and if I didn't like it we could leave. They advised not able to make changes to sites etc so will never be going back to this park. It is close to town but attitude in office leaves a lot to be desired for customer serviceWe did stay as no other options at that point and we made the best of it but....

I think we've been spoiled by staying at the best on our first trip out. We will definitely be back!!! All the services work perfect and the people are great that run it.

We stayed in the Resort side of this park. Pristine bathroom and shower. It is the most we have paid for a camp site on our six week journey through the West but it was worth every cent! I will be back, and will stay for a nice long while!

This RV Park has it all... nice spaces, amenities, great WiFi, decent laundry room, so-so showers (porta-showers), and great location/scenery.
However, their reservation process is awful. Despite booking my premium site six months ago, they put us in a dirt spot at the end of the premium area... which only had a picnic table. It was worse than any of the regular spots. When I asked about the site, they said the owner of the spot I reserved decided to stay this week and I was reassigned to the dirt spot... at the same cost!!! Are you kidding me!!!??? They agreed to move me to a regular spot at the regular spot rate. No apology or anything. Told me to go to another park if I wasn't happy.
It's quite clear that they have issues, as we saw a lot of RVs relocating in the middle of their stays. It's clear that the owners get to cancel reservations at any time.
Unfortunately, I will not recommend anyone stay here... your reservation means nothing.

So let's start with the fact that it was 105 degrees here and unless you are an owner of a site you can't use the pool. This isn't communicated well in their website. Wifi is for checking email only. If you go to anything i.e. Facebook, they will permanently block you. I don't call this wifi. The park is nice and well kept but it is a desert. Owners are very nice but the place lacks a lot. I'm not sure why there are any good reviews at all. There is a much nicer campground a mile up the road. STAY THERE!

Sites are fairly close together and out in the open. Had temporary showers when we visited (May 2016) but they were very clean. This place fills up so make reservations WAY in advance. Small recreation pond in our area. Great place if you are there to visit the parks.

The only real limit here is showers are in temporary trailer with. We restooms due next season. They are clean and pushbuttons hit showers. Sites are close together and that is average. The pluses.. level sites with all goes gravel no dirt
Grass around with some shade... not a lot but small trees around. They even have a watered grass doggie area. How cool is that. There is a swimming hole to cool off in.. sandy bottom, very nice. Wifi was decent for email etc and good Verizon coverage. We paid $40 for water and electric... not bad for the area...

We have stayed in other Moab CG's before and decided to try this one. Slightly above average but biggest downside for us was no pool. There is a pool but not for campers only a muddy pond to swim in. Next time we will go back to the Moab RV park where they have a nice pool.

This is a well maintained park with paved roads and concrete pads. Great cable and wifi throughout. Very convenient to all the beauty of the area!

Clean, Great spots. They have a new pool which is fantastic. All the sites have a concrete slab - we had Nice garden furniture. Most sites have a bbq as well. Friendly staff, clean laundry room with new equipment. Happy to have stayed here!
