Off the beaten track and well worth it! Saw the road sign on the highway and it was late so we followed the signs. Since it was approaching duck it was an adventure, but took no wrong turns and poof we were crossing over the highway and found the entrance a turn later! Folks who greeted us were friendly and helpful and more folks need to take a lesson for thier own RV places! Quiet, level, nice atmosphere and we will return again!
3 stars for the campground. Zero for the drive in. Manager met us as we pulled in and was cordial, professional and polite. The campground itself is not bad. The last 4 miles of the drive in are tough. Literally a one lane road for the last 3 or 4 miles. If you meet any other vehicle pull over as far as you can and let them go by. I was in a 36 ft fifth wheel and I would not make that drive again.
Campground is a 7. Road to it is stressful. Leaving had a hard right hand uphill turn. Very stressful in a 40 foot diesel pusher. Because of that I will not go back.
